Eloise Elizabeth Edwards, 67, of New Brunswick, NJ died January 10, 2023. Funeral services were held Thursday, January 19, 2023, at Anderson Funeral Service, 201 Sandford Street, New Brunswick. Elder Leon Thompson, pastor of Zion Temple First Pentecostal Church of America, Linden, officiated. Eloise Elizabeth Edwards was born July 13, 1955, to the late Helen & Frank Jackson in New Brunswick, NJ. She was a graduate of New Brunswick High School. Eloise was a former employee of Sunshine Biscuits, Sayreville, NJ and she recently worked for Jewish Regional Nursing Home, as a Nurse's Aide and Cleaner. She enjoyed listening to R & B music. Her favorite R&B singers were Baby Face, Keith Sweat and Al. B. Sure. Her favorite song by Al B. Sure was “Night & Day”. She enjoyed watching soap operas, especially, “All My Children” and “General Hospital”. She loved doing hair, dancing and cooking. Her favorite dish to cook was Apple Pie. She was predeceased by her parents, Helen & Frank Jackson; one sister, Jilan Jackson and one brother, Jimmy Jackson. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Leonard Edwards; four sons, Kenya Jabar Jackson, Cavalon (Tika) Jackson, Tashiem Edwards and Shaiwan Edwards. One sister, Carol Hill; one brother, Guy (Mary Ann) Jackson. Thirteen Grand Children, Kahira Jackson, Shaylah Jackson, Kenya Jackson Jr., and Mekki Jackson, Janiyah Jackson, Shaiwan Edwards Jr, Jakiera Smalls, Nia Edwards, Maya Edwards, Eyana Edwards, Znaiyah Edwards and Tiahina Edwards. Four Great Grands; Ariel Ham, Josiyah, Legend, A’kari Jackson. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
