Hilbert Ronald Lyman

Hilbert Ronald Lyman affectionately known as “Stink”, was born September 12, 1949 in Trenton, NJ, to the late Hilbert “Buddy” Lyman and Bessie L. Lyman. He departed this life on Friday, January 15, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. Hilbert was educated in the Trenton Public School System and served in the United States Navy with an Honorable Discharge. At an early age, Hilbert accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior and later became very ill. Hilbert had a lot of hobbies. He loved shooting pool, music, swimming, playing cards, watching his favorite football team (Philadelphia Eagles), and most of all traveling. In addition to his parents, Hilbert was predeceased one son, Anthony McNeil; two sisters, Cynthia A. Killingsworth and Sharon Harmon; three brothers-in-law, Charles, Andrew and Ernest Graves; and five sisters-in-law, Flora McLaughlin, Lennese Clark, Annie Denson, Jessie Smith, and Cora Carmichael. He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his loving wife of 45 years and best friend, Alice Lyman; his loving sons, Hilbert Ronald Lyman, Jr., Michael Davis, Black Christ Allah, Gordon Peterson Evans, Calvin Page, James Page (Stephanie); his loving daughters, Veronica Andrews (Michael), April Lyman, Brook Stevenson, Katherine McNeil, Tina Griffiths (Enrique), Joyce Prince (James), and Vanessa Rutherford (Will); 41 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren; four siblings, Edward J. Bradham (Joyce), Renee Aikens, John Lyman, and Deena J.
